De-Shaping machine

It is hydraulic press specially designed to de-shape / damage the defective / rejected valves used in LPG / CNG cylinders. By de-shaping to certain extent but not completely breaking, the purpose of preventing use of leaking valves which are dangerous, is achieved.

  • Hydraulic press mounted on base with hydraulic power pack mounted underneath.
  • De shaping force can be varied to control shape of de-shaping
  • Return to be manual thru hand operated dir. .control valve
  • Moving Platen guided on 4-tie bars which are heat treated and ground and hard-chrome plated, guided thru DU bushes (Oil Free).
  • T-slots provided on both platens for die clamping on heating presses.
  • All control valves of Bosch Rexroth/Yuken / Polyhydron.
  • Electric motor with ISI mark  
  • Low noise level below 75 dB.
  • Control panel  mounted on RHS of press over base frame consists of main switch, MCB’ s for motor, Starter for motor, RYB indicating lamps etc.
  • Parality between two platens within 0.10 mm.
