PERFORMANCE PROFILE OF BUSH BELLOWS PRODUCT : BUSH BELLOWS MATERIAL : POLYACETAL, CELCON M90 REQUIRED ACCURACY : 14.02 - 14.10mm NUMBER OF CAVITY : 4 AFTER SET-PROCESS, THE PART VARIATION FOUND TO BE : 14.03 to 14.08mm DRAWING TOLERANCE : 0.08 & 0.10 VARIATION CAN BE CONTROLLED IN THE MACHINE WITHIN : 0.03mm PROCESS CAPABILITY WAS STUDIED IN THIS MACHINE & FOUND TO BE : Cpk = 2.053 This part has been tried out in many machines including Multi stage Speed & Pressure profile machines, but could not be controlled at this level of accuracy.
