HYDRAULIC SHEARS

Flu-Tech
hydraulic shears are robust in construction which give long
life of cutting blade. Also independent hyd.hold down cylinders
adjust the gauge difference.

The
rake angle can be varied hydraulically by operating simple ele.switch
to suit best angle for a given sheet thickness. This feature
increases production as well as reduce warpage of cut piece.

The
blade clearance can be adjusted manually by handlever to suit
sheet thickness. This will give smooth cutting edge.
-
The
blades are fully hardened and all four edges can be used over
the service life.
